Leo's Sleepover

Leo's Sleepover: A Diabetic Story is a children's picture book about a young boy who  learns to manage his Type 1 diabetes independantly ahead of a friend's birthday sleepover. 
 
Created by local Kootenay-Boundary-area educator Dave Colquhoun and illustrator Stacey Kissock Trail BC, the book helps children, families, and classrooms understand chronic illness with empathy and humour.
