Refund/Exchange Policy
Returns
*RETURNS ARE FOR IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from purchase. If over 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME condition that you received it. Tags must be intact, and your item must be in its original packaging.
*Bath, body, and health products, headwear, face masks, jewellery, pet items, and all consumable items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
To complete a return, we require your original receipt or proof of purchase; non-negotiable. Our POS system does not allow us to process a return without this information.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after purchase. Exchanged products MUST be returned UNUSED with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Exchanges must be made within the same brand of the original purchase. Kootenay Made Co. strives to try our best to accommodate exchanges, but unfortunately this is not always possible due to our inventory always moving and changing. Most items are limited in styles and sizing.

All sale items are final sale - they not not eligible for exchange, refund, or return. Only applicable, regular priced items are eligible for a return or exchange.
